Purchased with Acrylic Laser Cutting in mind, our laser is able to cut up to 25mm thick acrylic and is able to operate at much
greater speeds than ordinary machines.
Being at the forefront of profiling technology, laser cutting is the most cost effective method available today. There are no tooling costs, minimal wastage and no additional machining required. Laser cutting offers consistent, intricate and accurate shapes giving clean polished detail edges.
Additionally, our U.S. made laser cutting systems is able to cut a wide variety of materials to the highest quality. Individual components can be sized up to 2420mm x 1200mm. Our acrylic laser cutting system is second to none and the acrylic laser engraving system is unique in its capabilities. We have the ability to control the power of the laser - allowing us to score into the material with any surface-only detail (engrave), then cut out the profile.
